Ingredients:
4 whole eggs
1 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the eggs together. Add the mixture to a skillet
pan, allowing eggs to set. Scatter the bell peppers, mushrooms and peas
over the mixture. When eggs are cooked, use a spatula to slide frittata
out of the pan and serve.
